Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery/pickup
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
• Incorrect order delivered
• Missing items
• Product quality concerns reported within 2 hours of delivery

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Minor variations in appearance (as products are handmade)

4.⁠ ⁠Resolution Process
Where a refund is not applicable, we may offer:
• Replacement
• Store credit
• Partial refund (depending on the issue)

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
