All orders are only confirmed upon full payment or agreed deposit. Production begins only after payment is received.

2.⁠ ⁠Order Timeline
• Standard orders require a minimum of 24–48 hours notice
• Large or custom orders may require 2–5 days notice
• Urgent orders are subject to availability and may attract an express fee

3.⁠ ⁠Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.

4.⁠ ⁠Custom Orders
For bespoke orders (e.g., themed pastry boxes, events, special requests):
• Clear details must be provided before confirmation
• Once approved, changes may not be accommodated or may attract extra charges

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery fees vary based on location
• Titoni’s Delight is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services
• Customers opting for pickup must adhere to agreed time slots

6.⁠ ⁠Product Handling
All products should be consumed within the recommended time frame. Proper storage instructions (if provided) must be followed.

7.⁠ ⁠Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens.

8.⁠ ⁠Right to Refuse Service
Titoni’s Delight reserves the right to decline orders that do not align with our capacity or brand standards.
